Building a supportive community whilst allowing you to train in your own way
Stage 1 - Absolute beginner
Getting you off the couch and out the door. Brisk walks with short run intervals
Stage 2 - I can run for 3-4 minutes at a time
Increasing your running intervals and decreasing your walking time
Stage 3 - I can run for 10 minutes at a time
